Surveillance, Reconnaissance and
Targeting Systems Division (ISR&
TSD) to expand focus on its growing
airborne and space ISR business. The
former ISR&TSD is being reorganized into two separate divisions: Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance Reconnaissance and Targeting
Systems; and Space Intelligence,
Surveillance & Reconnaissance Systems. Joseph J. Ensor has been appointed vice president and general
manager of the Space ISR Systems
division. He most recently served as
vice president and general manager
of the ISR&TSD. Michael E. Hinkey
has been named vice president and
general manager of the Airborne
ISR&TSD. He most recently served
as vice president and general manager of Engineering, Manufacturing
and Logistics.

; Northrop Grumman Corp. has
appointed Christina (Chris)
Williams as vice president, operations, for its Command and
Control division within the company’s Information Systems sector.
Most recently, she served as director of the Enterprise Systems operating unit in the same division.
The company also named Alan
Lytle vice president, Undersea
Systems business unit, for the
Electronic Systems sector. Lytle is a
former submarine officer and a captain in the Navy Reserve who most
recently served as director, business
development and strategy, focusing
on emerging and growth markets in
the undersea domain.
; The Center for Strategic &
International Studies (CSIS), a
Washington think tank, has
appointed retired Marine Col Mark
Cancian as a senior adviser in the
CSIS’s International Security Pro-
gram. Cancian, who served almost
40 years in the Marine Corps, most
recently worked at the Office of
Management and Budget.
; Huntington Ingalls Industries’
AMSEC LLC subsidiary has promoted Cathy Cope to director of
contracts, pricing, procurement
and material management. She
most recently served as acting
director of the same unit. ;
