Every September, the NOSC Cen-
ter hosts family day for all the Re-
servists and their families that the
Tampa Council supports, according
to Witunski. The council also hosts
Community Service Outreach Pro-
gram workshops for Reservist family
members and promotes its five Sea
Cadet units in the Tampa Bay area.

■ The Mayport, Fla., Council
sponsored the second of its 2011
No-Dough Dinners June 27 at the
Mayport USO Center. The dinners
are held for military families and
families of deployed service mem-
bers by various support groups on
the last Monday of each month. Just
as the name suggests, there is no
charge for a “No Dough Dinner.”
