Great Lakes Region President Bobby V. Ferguson
helped team Mohammed with the Milwaukee Council
and mentor Todd Montgomery.
“I called the council president for Milwaukee [James F.
Young] and we came up with one of their members who
would be ideal for it,” Ferguson said. “He is well connect-
ed within the city of Milwaukee, he sat on the board of the
USO in Wisconsin and he’s been a Navy League member
for some time. He’s a very personable guy. He teaches at
the university of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
